- Full payment is to be made upfront via Paypal invoice in EUR.
Once the invoice has been paid, no refunds will be offered unless:
- The commission is cancelled by the artist for personal reasons.
-The commission is cancelled by the client before any work has started.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any given time and isn’t obliged to give any reason.Please keep in mind that no refunds are possible if the product is finished. (In accordance to german law: § 312 d Abs. 4 Nr. 1 aF BGB)Work Process
The artist will message the commissioner when starting the commission.
Each commission may take up to two months. If this period is exceeded, the commissioner will be informed.
The commissioner will get up to 2 WIP’s (work in progress) samples at different stages: Draft, Sketch, Final
Revisions are allowed as followed:
- Draft stage: The client will be able to freely choose and change most details about the piece, including layout and pose.
- Sketch stage: The client will be able to change core details in the illustration - such as facial features, hair or clothing.
- Final stage: The client will only be able to make very minor modifications, such as slight color or lighting changes that were not previously seen on any WIP sample.Any changes that don't fit the current stage of the process will be considered "large changes" and thus incur additional fees.Shipping
- Shipping always via DHL Germany + tracking Number.
- Costs will vary depending on size of the package. Costs will be discussed beforehand with the commissioner.
- Depending on your country additional costs in form of tax may occur.Other
- Commissioned work is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
- Any deadlines must be discussed while ordering. Deadlines brought up after payment cannot be guaranteed and the artist has the right to refuse them.
- The artist retains the right to display any commissioned work on any personal gallery. The client can request that their name will remain private.
- The artist retains all rights to any commissions produced, including concepts and sketches. This includes the rights to make prints and merchandise - in the case of commissioned work and original characters, permission would be sought from the client beforehand.- The Terms of Service are always subject to changes and updates.
